By engaging our services, you agree to these Terms and applicable policies. If acting for a company, you confirm authority to bind the entity.
Services
We provide marketing strategy, creative production, media planning, execution, analytics, and related services as described in a Statement of Work (SOW).
Fees
Fees are in the SOW. Invoices are due on the stated date. Late payments may incur interest.
IP & Licenses
Deliverables may be owned by the client per the SOW; pre-existing materials remain ours. Clients receive a limited license for defined purposes.
Limitation of Liability
Liability is limited to fees paid for the affected engagement.
